I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located near some fantastic attractions. The location was the highlight of my stay, as it was very close to the hot springs and other tourist spots. The hotel facilities were also impressive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Couldn't fault this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the close proximity to the hot springs and other attractions. the pools were incredibly hot and clean, making it perfect for my family to enjoy the facility and have a barbecue. I also loved the indoor pool which was a great retreat from the cold.
The management was not up to par. They lacked customer service and were unwilling to work with us when it came to our reservation.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and hot springs, making it an ideal base for exploration. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area from their rooms. the room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with impressive facilities such as a pool and spa. breakfast is delicious with plenty of options available.
The hotel's management and customer service could be improved. There have been issues with honoring reservations and accepting foreign cards as payment.

Liked the proximity to the hot springs and other tourist attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked the lack of organization in terms of reservations and payment methods. They were not able to honor the reservation made via USA-based credit cards, which caused inconvenience.
